Are MAKO products made in New Zealand?
Yes! All of our products are constructed in Rotorua, New Zealand at ZORB Rotorua! In fact, if you want to see our products in action, you can come down to ZORB and see how chairs and bar leaners at The VENUE @ ZORB and our benches in the ZORB waiting area.
What type of wood are MAKO products constructed with?
We use both New Zealand-grown redwood and pine. Both of these woods, paired with the finishes that we use, provide excellent weather resistance!
Do the Adirondack chairs really fold?
They do! Our folding Adirondack chairs are designed for easy storage and portability, making them great for baches, decks and small outdoor spaces.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! we ship MAKO furniture anywhere in New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and larger items may require a freight carrier depending on your location.
Do you offer custom colours or finishes?
Yes. We can finish your furniture in a range of exterior colours or natural timber stains. Custom options may add a little time to your order.
Can I use MAKO furniture in a commercial environment?
Yes. While this page focuses on retail customers, all of our designs are tested in high-use environments, and we offer commercial-grade options. See our Commercial page for more details.
